Taca's Appointments
If you fail to arrive for your appointment or fail to give 6 hours notice of cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee on weekdays. No refund is available for bookings made on weekends and public holidays if cancelled within 6 hours. Appointments may be rescheduled for the same day subject to availability. If Taca is unavailable for the rescheduled time, other stylists may conduct the service, however the price will remain unchanged. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for an appointment without notification, will be considered a cancelled appointment and subjected to any cancellation fees. Arriving late for an appointment by less than 15 minutes will result in a reduced treatment time. Bookings must be made by credit card. Prices are subject to change.

Gift Voucher
Please bring your Gift Voucher for exchange at time of treatment. All Gift Vouchers are valid only until the stated expiry date. Gift Vouchers lost or stolen are null and void. Gift Vouchers are non transferable.
